國(guó)防部：菲方侵權(quán)挑釁只會(huì)遭到更加堅(jiān)決應(yīng)對(duì)

MND: Philippine Rights-violating and Provocative Actions Will Face More Resolute Countermeasures

3月26日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校答記者問(wèn)。

記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，菲律賓海警有關(guān)人士稱，依據(jù)國(guó)際法和2016年“南海仲裁案裁決”，南海相關(guān)海域是菲“領(lǐng)土”一部分，任何聲稱“有爭(zhēng)議”的說(shuō)法都是對(duì)菲主權(quán)的質(zhì)疑。請(qǐng)問(wèn)對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

Question: Some individuals from the Philippine Coast Guard reportedly said that relevant waters in the South China Sea is part of Philippine territory based on international law and the “2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award”, and any claim that the waters are disputed is a challenge to the Philippines' sovereignty. Do you have any comment on this?

蔣斌：中國(guó)對(duì)南海諸島及其附近海域擁有無(wú)可爭(zhēng)辯的主權(quán)，對(duì)相關(guān)海域擁有主權(quán)權(quán)利和管轄權(quán)。所謂“南海仲裁案裁決”完全是一張非法無(wú)效的廢紙，中方不接受、不承認(rèn)所謂“裁決”，不接受任何基于該“裁決”的主張和行動(dòng)。中國(guó)在南海的領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益具有充分的歷史和法理依據(jù)，在任何情況下不受該“裁決”的影響。

Jiang Bin: China has indisputable sovereignty over Nanhai Zhudao and its adjacent waters, and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction over relevant waters. The so-called South China Sea Arbitral Award is entirely illegal, null and void. China does not accept or recognize it, and will never accept any claim or action based on the award. China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea are fully backed by historical and jurisprudential evidence, and are under no circumstances affected by the award.

菲方一些勢(shì)力為一己私利，費(fèi)盡心思在海上制造事端，炮制虛假敘事，干擾兩國(guó)關(guān)系大局，破壞地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定。中方維護(hù)國(guó)家領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和海洋權(quán)益的意志堅(jiān)定不移。菲方若執(zhí)意侵權(quán)挑釁、煽宣炒作，只會(huì)遭到中方更加堅(jiān)決地應(yīng)對(duì)。

Driven by self-interest, some forces of the Philippine side have gone to great lengths to stir up troubles at sea and fabricate false narratives. Their behaviors have disrupted bilateral relations and undermined regional peace and stability. The Chinese side is unwavering in our will to defend territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests. Should the Philippine side obstinately continue with its rights-violating acts, provocations and propaganda, it will only face more resolute countermeasures from the Chinese side.
